One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits (including via email aliasing) is not allowed and may result in account suspension.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed, and reset on our schedule. We may change how credits are earned or spent at any time.
You're responsible for what you type into manuscripts and what you generate. Don't use the service to create content that's illegal, infringing, or that depicts real people without their consent. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Images are generated by third-party and self-hosted AI models. We don't guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of generated output, and can't guarantee it's free of unintentional similarity to existing works.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or lost work.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for anyone, at any time, for any reason, including suspected abuse.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
